Second time guest here. We stayed for Disneyland. We like it because we get the spacious suites, breakfast and location. We've stayed on harbor Blvd prior and we were now looking for a quieter area from the action in the evenings. This BW location is surrounded by a elderly home community, office buildings, and the local neighborhood of homes/apartments. Booked a room from Friday through Tuesday for a Disneyland trip, and this hotel completely dropped the ball. On Saturday morning, I called to report that the AC wasn’t working. They said they’d handle it, but nothing was ever done. The room was hot and humid the entire weekend, making it miserable to sleep or relax after long days at the park. Run down, dated hotel. Pool towels were oversized hand towels and scarce. Hot tub had foam over a foot high, sheets felt like burlap, carpeting was frayed, coach and ottoman were stained. Breakfast was good.
Very kind office staff and clean remodeled rooms.
