Our smoke detector went off twice in the middle of the night. The first time, someone had to enter our room to change the batteries. The second time, at 3:00 AM, with no solution provided, we had to move to another unairconditioned room. The hotel showed no goodwill, claiming this happens often and they never grant discounts. Speechless...
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Andrew, Manager and Jason were extremely gracious and friendly. As a solo traveler I felt safe in the area and especially in the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Basic TV, mini fridge, and K-cup coffee machine. Comfy bed and A/C was efficient. Bath had nice towels and sample size toiletries. Shower worked as expected, nice showerhead with adjustable options. BED BUGS. Don’t stay here. We checked into the Best Western Media Center in Burbank CA late Thursday night July 9th. There were 7 of us in two rooms next to each other. Room 222 had people above them that made loud banging/jumping noises throughout the night. We complained about the noise. No solution was provided. Room 222 had noise Friday night through Saturday morning, and Saturday night as well. A complaint was made. No solution was provided. Saturday morning, I woke up with bumps on my back, legs and arms.
