Fantastic hotel! Great value for the Hollywood area, with its own parking garage underneath the hotel. We walked to Warner Brothers Studios and had just a short drive to Universal Studios. Very nice breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!
Horrible experience!!! The staff is so rude. Especially the guy who works the night shift. Never been treated so poorly before. They gave us a room with dirty ripped up sheets and looking at a wall (meaning no view at all). They told us we didn’t specify that we wanted a good view so they couldn’t give us a normal one. When we complained about the sheet the guy said “They are all like that. I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. The only plus is the location. Very quiet and clean room, very comfortable bed. We slept like babies. Indi and Andrew at the front desk were stellar!
