Front desk named Rafael was very helpful,polite and always smiling unlike other people at the front desk.keep it up Rafael.
We stayed here when we went to the Zach Bryan show. This hotel is super clean, they offer free breakfast each morning with an impressive selection (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc), coffee and water available all day (free), and the staff were very friendly. They are also close to MetLife Stadium and partnered with a shuttle service to shuttle guests to the show (for a fee but hey, we can’t get everything free).
