Room was great. Front desk / customer service was terrible. They are untrained, uneducated, do not respect your time, cannot do their job. I asked for an invoice had to wait on phone for more than 45 minutes.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After our first night, I noticed that my young son had three bites that looked like bed bug bites. I reported the issue to the hotel the next morning, and they said they would check and speak with the manager. However, when we returned later that evening, I asked about it again and was told that the manager said there was no issue — that someone had checked the room and found nothing. Checked in at 3am was trying get some sleep till checkout 11am . All the queen rooms are by the 95 highway you hear the big commercial trucks passing by all night long . Switched two rooms because the curtains are controlled with switch on wall broken in both rooms . they ended up giving us room on first floor by hallway by the check in counter . It only made things worst they started preparing breakfast around that time & people started coming down at 6am it was load till 9am barely got any sleep what a nightmare.
