Dan, the front desk manager, is hands down one of the best customer service professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Late last night we ran into a major problem, and he went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out, and genuinely cared making things right. Outstanding service from start to finish. Dan is the man!
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and will continue to choose it whenever I'm in the area. The staff consistently provides outstanding customer service, and the front desk always greets me with a warm welcome when I walk through the door. The TV and internet works great. The front lounge is clean and comfortable. The rooms and the entire property are exceptionally clean and well maintained.
