The front desk lady Rene is great and very friendly. The rooms were as expected but the reason I’m reviewing is that Rene did go out of her way to make the stay a great experience. She has by far done a great job! We will be back
Overall a good experience. Minor snafu that Edward at the front desk was able to iron out without any issue. We really appreciate the kindness and understanding exhibited by Edward and team.
We visited Mansfield, Texas, for the first time and stayed at Best Western Plus Mansfield. Our experience was very satisfying! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. A simple breakfast was included in our stay, which was a nice convenience. The location was also great for exploring the area. Overall, we had a smooth and pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
Was there for 4 nights. Room was cleaned spotless everyday. Breakfast was hot and fresh everyday.
