I'm sry, didn't get his name...we child in 9/16 pm. Customer service was excellent, very attentive, didn't make me feel rushed or as if I was asking too many questions (as most front desk). The check out was not the same, I didn't ask questions, but his attention was definitely not on clients. The room had stained carpets, RUSTED/chipped fixtures, stained mattress cover, but this is what I've come to expect at Best Westerns...sadly I wasn't let down.
