Me and my mom stayed here, Daniel was awesome and so was Liz. Good was good, smells nice and clean. Would come back for sure (:
Management's response comes off as an excuse for EVERYTHING!! HENCE the bad reviews..The bad first: LONG BROWN HAIR on TOWELS, LONG BROWN HAIR ON BED HEADBOARD (SEE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS), noise travels because room is HIGH CEILINGS, $150 LONG HOLD seems like you could get charged DAYS LATER if they feel like it. Lots of money and LONG HOLD BIRD POOP EVERYWHERE IN PARKING LOTS, THE FRONT outdated rooms, peeling paint and rusty furniture. Not enough side doors. The good: front desk is nice! The breakfast was alright
We booked our stay with Luz and she was very nice and courteous. Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean nice lobby and good breakfast options. The pool was great! A bit warm... loved it! Only thing we didn't like was that our room felt very humid. It was a bit uncomfortable. But it was pretty clean.
