Wonderful Stay! Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I really appreciated the convenience of the complimentary glass-bottled water that we could refill anytime—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself was very nice. I would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

The most disgusting and unprofessional hotel experience of my life. If I could give this hotel ZERO stars, I would. I checked in with my family expecting a normal night, and instead we ended up dealing with a bug crawling out from under our blanket while we were in bed not even 2 hours after checking in. My 7-year-old and 1-year-old were terrified, and honestly, so was I. No parent should have to deal with that. Overall not too bad. Rooms aren't cleaned good enough. Found public hair in and around the shower, toilet, and counter. The fitness center is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Temp is set at 75° and locked.. Rusty weights, the treadmill belts are extremely slippery. (Sprayed with furniture polish?) The elliptical is either worn out or put together incorrectly. It was a comfortable and quiet stay (quiet is very important to me!). I appreciated how clean and inviting the hotel/lobby are. The staff is super friendly too!
