Karyn and Carlos were amazing. Very informative, helpful and very kind. Had the best stay and will definitely will be returning.
Have been staying here once a month for the last four months. Everything from the rooms, the beds, the absolute best variety when it comes to a breakfast, the welcome of Ms. Cindy at the front desk in the evenings to the breakfast hostess Karen (I believe that is her name) she greets you at the breakfast center every morning and is very welcoming. It's all a great and comfortable experience.
So the hotel room was surprisingly nice, it was clean, and it was quiet. The staff was amazing especially the young lady I believe her name was Cindy who checked us in. We were able to park right outside our window and watch our car all night which really was probably not necessary but I like to see my car from the hotel if possible. The only real complaint I have is the Simplicity of the breakfast. They did have a hot breakfast and it wasn't bad, but other hotels do offer a bit more. Wish i could give it 10 stars. Its a 5 star hotel for the price of a motel. General manager was great. Needed a place to park a tractor trailer and he guided me into the parking lot and made sure i was in a safe spot. Made sure i had room to leave and was able to leave the lot with a huge truck easily. Couldnt have been happier with my stay. Clean and quiet. Newly remodeled.
One of the best! I’m starting to absolutely love BW’s.. we’ve stayed at the Plus / Executive locations - no complaints each time. This one is Tx was welcoming, decor amazing, updated, and friendly staff. Quiet, good neighbourhood, shopping nearby! Near grapevine outlet mall.
