The staff was very friendly. We had a last minute stay due to a missed flight. After a long day of travel the front desk employee was very nice and put us in a lovely apartment style room! The complimentary breakfast this morning had a lot of options. Lovely place to stay.
Very clean, plenty of room, staff was polite & courteous. Starbucks brand coffee in the morning with breakfast. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and variety.

The lady checking us in was very welcoming and nice. However, as a platinum member, we never got our two complimentary bottles of water nor did they tell us that we need to get towels from the front desk to take to the pool. The pool was outside and somewhat far from the front desk. The breakfast was disgusting, we spit it out. The eggs were cold and hard and the breakfast burritos were nasty.
