The front desk night checkin lady was by far more than helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay so much more enjoyable shes definitely a A+ worker to have on your team!
We had the worst experience during our recent stay while dropping our son to Purdue University. The room was not cleaned, floor was not mopped, coffee maker was dirty and unusable, plus the blankets and pillow covers were not changed and had lip stick mark on it. Plus there was no hair dryer in the room as promised in the room amenities. To sum it up there is a complete lack of Hygiene and Zero customer service at this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Doesn’t care about online booking prices. It will change when you check in. They have their own policies and have different pricing than online booking does. Customer service don’t care about it. Room smelled like mellowdew and pool was nasty. We told them and they didn’t care about it. Won’t be back to this hotel again. I will drive far to another one before I would stay there again. I would give them zero star if I could.
