Room didn't have a smoke alarm they went into my room when i had a do not disturb sign on it .The breakfast is a joke can only get cereal and bagels during the week and hot breakfast on weekends. My wife can't eat breakfast cause she is gluten free and lactose tolerant. They never put my reservations in the system when i call ahead it's happened several times And i stay there alot because of my work .

This is a creeeepy hotel. “So why did you give three stars instead of one or two??” The front desk was cool. I was arriving late and I called ahead and they had everything ready for me as soon as I arrived. They were real cool and professional about anticipating my late night check in and making it as seamless as possible. The beds were comfortable but that was the only plus. The rugs are disgusting. The window had a finger sized gap in between the seal and glass letting all the cold air in and there are no vents in the bathroom which is causing peeling of the door and ceiling. For $300+ a night....... DO BETTER, WAY BETTER
