This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For five straight days, there was absolutely no room service provided. The room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced, and basic housekeeping was completely ignored. It’s unacceptable for any hotel to operate this way, especially when guests are paying for a comfortable stay. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff.
