Had a great stay here. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. Just stayed one night to get off the road and slept very well. There was a little bit of highway noise from the room but it really wasn't bad at all. The first floor of the hotel smells heavily of chlorine but I did not notice the odor on the fourth floor. It just smelled slightly of fresh paint in the halls. Staff were professional and courteous. We found bed bugs in our first room, 206 before going to sleep the first night of our stay. We were moved to Room 207 in which we also found bed bugs. We caught one bed bug and gave it to the front desk. We also emailed multiple photos of bed bugs found in the rooms to the hotel. There was no point in attempting to move to a third room, so we made the most of the situation while we were there and did our best to protect ourselves from the hotel's infestation. Got there without booking online and that was a mistake. Hostess told me I got the "last" room. The parking lot wasn't even half full. She then charged me nearly double what the bookings were showing on their website. Book ahead, everything else was fine.
