Roaches! No water to shower. So after working in the heat all day I had to shower in a trickle of water at night and praying that there was some in the morning but there was completely NONE coming out. I let the staff know about the water and roaches and was met with a shrug, like they knew but they didn't care. I constantly travel and this stay has given me a bad taste for this brand of hotel.
Stayed night after coke zero race on 8/23/25.
Horrible place!!! It wasn’t clean, the sliding glass door was broken. We asked maintenance to fix it and we’re told that they would be out to fix it but never showed up. The hallways had poor lighting and the side doors were broken so they were propped open. And I can’t forget to mention the HUGE roaches!! Not worth the three hundred plus dollars we paid!!!
The front desk manager is amazing!!! I believe her name is Kailey. Always has a positive attitude and always goes above and beyond for her guest. Very accommodating. My family and I thank you for all your help.
