What an absolutely horrible experience at this accommodation. I had a confirmed booking through Booking.com, the guy on the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful saying he couldn’t find my booking and pretty much wanted me to go away even though a room was still available he was just unwilling to honour the rate. My Autisic son was incredibly upset to see how this staff member was treating me

I cancelled my stay because the hotel conditions were unacceptable. The air conditioning barely worked throughout the property, and the carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor. The air in the room felt moldy, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. It took nearly ten minutes for anyone to appear at the front desk, and when someone finally did, they showed no customer service skills at all. The overall environment felt neglected, unsafe, and unsanitary, leaving me no choice but to cancel my reservation.

There were bugs crawling everywhere, not exaggerating literally small spider like ants and German roaches crawling on the wall. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes and their parking lot is full of construction equipment intentionally blocking available spaces. The pillows smelled like mildew. The floor was sticky.
