I stayed at this Best Western Inn for the very 1st time before continuing on the next day to visit my Aunt. I feel bad I didn't get the name of the very sweet lady who checked me in. She was very helpful & kind. The room was clean and Very nice! Comfy bed & pillows. Kim R. was the person in charge of cleaning & setting up the room. She did a great job. this is the only place i will stay in rutland due to the exceptional staff and service overseen by general manager Lisa. for avid skiers like me it is easily accessible to nearby killington resort with a shuttle stop directly across the street. the continental breakfast is the best i have had at any property with plenty of delicious options. the suites are spacious and well laid out. there are also multiple restaurants within a mile or two to choose from on a night out. the front desk associates are outstanding: office manag... read more
Check in was great with Ken,Our room was so welcoming and clean amazing job by Kim K and Kerry. Tammy did an amazing job with the breakfast spread. So good!! Jessica did amazing at the front desk helped answer all questions. The pool was so nice and grounds was beautiful to walk threw. Thanks yall for an amazing time we will definitely be back again soon.
Very nice staff and the room was great. We were there with a sports team from northern NH 3+ hours away. The pool and basketball court could not have made the trip more awesome!!!
