Kerry and her staff had our rooms spotless when we arrived. The hotel was very clean and staff were extremely friendly, polite and willing to help. Tammy was wonderful with our very energetic four year old talking her ear off at breakfast. If you’re staying in Rutland and you’re not staying here, you’ve done yourself a disservice.
Had an amazing stay during a hectic move. The BW gave my family a relaxing clean place to lay our heads after a chaotic day! Kerry and her housekeeping staff made sure our room was spotless and we had the extra towels we needed. Lisa’s beautiful touches around the property made it so cozy and comfortable and Tammy was such a wonder breakfast host!
Everything is good - it’s a Best Western but it’s not set up like the traditional BW’s. The rooms are clean, staff are nice - rooms are VERY small. These buildings remind me of old apartment buildings that were renovated into small spaces. Free parking in front of each building.
