It’s been 3 years since we were last there , but the service still simply amazing . STELLA is the most welcoming person ever . So professional, helpful and above all else caring . Thank you Stella for your outstanding hospitality!!! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Free WiFi and breakfast is great , they have a variety of muffins , juices and fruit as well . I will never return to this location again because of the way that they handled charging one card twice and another card of mine totaling in 3 charges after I explicitly told the front desk woman to not use the card on file and handed her another card. Not sure how this could have resulted in the card I gave her being charged twice and the card I told her not to charged anyway. It is 8 days later and the charge is still have not fell off. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the front desk team — Marissa, Stephen, and Lisa are truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel so welcome and taken care of. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything you need.
