The whole staff has been very accommodating to our large (sometimes noisy) group!The breakfasts have been awesome with many options! The whole place is very clean and well taken care of! And the location is great for visiting Sante Fe and Albuquerque sights!
Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly staff. I'm a picky eater so I can't attest to the breakfast but the kids sure did seem to enjoy the waffles, and the biscuits looked great. I appreciated the free coffee and tea station that was there 24 hours. I appreciated the fridge, microwave, and sink in the room. The shower pressure was good, the bed was great, and the place was immaculately clean. 5/5 would stay again. 4 stars for location because there's nothing to walk to on Cerrillos Rd and I like to walk.
I traveled for almost a month, using exclusively Best Western affiliates. This was the nicest,cleanest, best maintained facility out of the 10 in which I stayed...
Couldn't sleep. Too loud. I think there's prostitution occurring on the premises because it's so loud and the sheets smell like massage oil. No peace at all for $150/night is ridiculous.
