One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve traveled extensively domestically and internationally and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This experience was TERRIBLE. The person at the front desk when my son and I checked in seemed miserable. Whatever, we all have bad days. Then she informed us the pool was closed. I would like to start by saying that this hotel impressed me and my family with the breakfast and mainly pool! This led to my subsequent booking! Everything was wonderful for our stay. Upon arriving here today we found out that the pool is going to be closed until Monday. This was very disappointing to us all, especially our son who learned how to swim in your pool last time we stayed here. There is maintenance to be done on the pool. That’s totally understandable. Very nice place. Only problem I have is that I was in a handicap room and it was on the 3rd floor and was the furthest from the elevator. That makes no sense to me.
Check in and check out was easy. Ladies cleaning the rooms were friendly. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of items. Cheese omelets, sausage, home fries, cereals, waffles, muffins, yogurt dispenser and toppings, coffee, tea, and juices. Breakfast area is small. Indoor pool near check in area and parking lot.
