You received a 1 star review based on service alone. My husband went to Roanoke for work and was told about this hotel. He checked in and tried to use his rewards program which also was suppose to have a 20% discount for members and per reservations the room was to be $72.20. I asked if a reservation needed to be placed and was told there was availability and as long as his membership was active before check in he would be fine; which the membership was. Best check in experience ever. Loved it
The room was a bit run down and had a musty odor. The mattress needs to be replaced.
