Dakota is always on point. kind helpful and there are always trying to make your experience better 10/10 would recommend staying here
Mold in the shower in rm 320.
Hot tub jets were not all working and the hot tub did not even bubble. Our room was dirty, mainly the bathroom. Hair and broken paint pieces on the shower floor area. No bathtub in room, shower only. We went to get ice from the ice maker and the ice ran out, very disappointing. The beds were very comfotable and the breakfast was good.
Entire floor stunk of weed and smelled like they had sprayed chemical in our room to cover it up. Expensive for having to smell that. Breakfast was OK. Night desk help- he was very helpful and kind to us .
Our room was filthy when we checked in. Room wasn’t cleaned or made, towels all over the ground in the bathroom. However Dakota was quick to get the room cleaned and fixed he’s great but probably won’t come back.
