Hotel is on a not great area, a few people walked through the building while I was staying there that did not appear to be guests. Walk8ng through the building from a exit door to another. The hot tub did not work. It was warm but didnt turn on at all and looks gross at the bottom. No one was at the besk when I arrived and had to ring the bell when leaving 2 times waiting 2 minutes before attempting a second ring and then was told he could not produce a receipt for me since I booked online. Stayed here last weekend for the Hudson Hot Air Affair and was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Best Western Plus is. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing—not too flat and not too dense, which is rare for hotels. I also loved that the room had two sets of shades, which made it nice and dark even with the sun shining outside.
