I've stayed in better and worse places! Reasonable pricing, room was a good size and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was awful and the main reason for the lower score. I really liked the location you are basically everywhere you might want to be. I felt like the room was pretty clean just not especially updated or nice looking.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Omg this place is disgusting! There’s mold in the bathroom, holes in the walls, and holes in the doors, and open access to outside. Do not get scammed!!
To start off, we arrived to check in and were told we already checked in. Guy at desk insisted, even though it was not my name signed on the sheet. Gave us another key for the room. Staff went into the room unannounced and found that there was luggage already in the room. We ended up with what I call the emergency room. The towel rack was torn out of the wall. This place is a joke employees work with what they have. Dealt with rude customers tried to fulfill all their needs. Mean while management gets weekends and holidays off and whenever they’re needed all they get is “give them the money back”. The pool is not maintained like it used to since the new manager has been there. Employees are there to make a leaving with the tools they’re given. If employees are just numbers imagine what guest are to management. Definitely don’t care about employees safety either.
