if i could rate this hotel zero stars i would. this room was infested with roaches and bugs and when we addressed this to the front desk, all we were given was a bottle of raid and left alone in the room. we could not stay there and we checked out minutes later as i would not be paying for a roach infested room. it has been months of me disputing this transaction with the hotel and won’t give me a refund based on “company policy”. The hotel itself is decent. The breakfast is what’s to be expected. Staff super friendly. The room I stayed in was a fireplace/whirlpool suite. It was nice but was not clean. I was made aware at check in that the fireplace didn’t work which was fine because I didn’t even know it had one. There’s 2 tv’s one remote, found that odd. The room itself could use a major cleaning. There were stains and hand prints all over the walls. The couch was kinda gross. There was a toothpick flosser on the bench in the bedroom area. This place is bad by cheap hotel options. Our room was not cleaned prior to our arrival, and we know this because the dog kept pulling wrappers, candy, etc out from behind the nightstand and bed. Okay, solvable problem. We alerted the front desk who told us housekeeping would take care of it while we were out for the day . Note that we saw housekeeping outside of our room while leaving.
