If I could give this hotel a 100 star🌟 rating I would. The staff here is TOP TIER! Andrea was always extremely friendly and willing to help in ALL areas. Christina was extremely nice and always asked me about my day and was very concerned when I seemed tired lol. Cyndy was very efficient, fast and friendly and was willing to explain anything I asked. Just stayed at this hotel, from July 28th-31st, 2026. as I needed med8cal care, at nearby, MD Anderson Cancer Center. I have stayed at numerous BW's, but this location, far exceeds " the norm!" Upscale vibe, suited to anyone's discretion..it's neatly appointed, with respectful, capable staff! I was especially appreciative of the care and attention, from Front Desk crew, Cindy, Anna and the night gentleman, ( sorry can't remember the name..but, he's lovely!)
