Front desk staff (Andrea) holds a grudge if you’re unsatisfied. She also hangs up on you when you call (got hung up on -two separate occasion). Soapbox Details: I was unsatisfied with the shuttle process. I called once I arrived at the airport pickup area per staff instructions. However, I was not able to get in touch with front desk for about 30 minutes to request for shuttle pick-up. I did appreciate the call-back eventually, after multiple attempts. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay! We stopped here for a rest day before heading to Galveston. The breakfast was good, the service was excellent, and everything was completely hassle-free. Exactly what we needed.
Have stayed here twice now, and will continue to do so! Typically arrive the day before our cruise in Galveston! It’s about 45 minutes from port! Anyway, the service is the best, people are friendly and do anything they can do to help you with your needs! The free shuttle service is great to pick up and drop at the airport, waited only 5/10 minutes after call! The rooms are extremely nice for the price point, very clean, organized and stocked! Highly recommended!!! A++
