Room on 1st floor had mold; smelled of mildew! Carpet was wet throughout the room! Complained immediately; offered a diff room on 3rd floor. It smelled worse! Staff said, "It's just like this during the summer." Won't stay there again.

If I could give this zero Stars I would. We spent one night. As soon as we walked in the room, it smelled like wet stinky feet, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and had hair stuck all over the floor. In the middle of the night, my husband got up to go to the bathroom and saw a roach. And there was literally NO hot water so we could not even shower.
