Great location, close to town. Has a pool! Which is a must! Pool is clean, rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and welcoming to guest. One star lost because of the breakfast, sausage was gross, hard and not great at all.

The process to do a last minute check in was smooth and affordable. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. I was so surprised and happy about the gluten free bagels and muffins that were out as one of their breakfast options. This might have been the 5th hotel I've been to this year because of travel needs, and I have not seen that option before. We were very happy with our stay here at Best Western.

Amazing stay at Best Western Hershey! Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a quiet atmosphere - perfect for a relaxing getaway! The customer service was top-notch, always friendly and helpful. The 24/7 coffee was a game-changer, and the morning breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, can't wait to come back! Highly recommend Best Western Hershey for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

I absolutely loved my stay here! I was in town for both work and a little family time, and this hotel checked every box. First off, the location couldn’t be better—super close to all the Hershey attractions, which made it perfect for families, but also quiet enough for getting work done. I had to work out of my room for part of the trip, and the Wi-Fi was fantastic. Seriously—my videoconferences were smooth with zero glitches, which is a huge win when you’re traveling for business.
