Smells very citrus everywhere. Staff were great. Clean. Easy check in and out.
The price is not worth it for what you get and the kind of service you receive. The receptionist(I can’t remember her name) who checked us in had absolutely no clue what she was doing and completely messed up our reservation despite all the notes left for her. During our stay anytime we needed something (such as extra towels or more shampoo) anyone we asked got annoyed that we were asking and never got us what we needed. Breakfast was the absolute worst. Avoid at all costs!!!!! Receptionist Jessica was rude, management wasn’t on site and would not provide a phone number to talk to her. They double booked us for 2 rooms and we found out when we arrived. We asked to remove room 2 as it wasn’t needed and Jessica advised they would have to charge us for the room that night automatically or I could talk to her manager.
