Have been coming to this place for over 12byears and the service still excellent.
Do not stay here. First the rooms- a constant flickering light that we finally had to just unscrew so it would stop. The coffee make was set up in the bathroom. The room keys (both) would take at least 3 mins of standing at the door to get them to open. They didn’t work on the room or pool room. Speaking of the pool, they were out of pool towels that they keep at the front desk and they didn’t care about it on 2 separate occasions. UPDATE: The HotelBot's generalized response to my review reminded me of another beef. They have K-Cup® type coffee makers in the room, which *should* be a plus. But they only provide 2 regular and 2 decaf cartridges, which isn't enough for two groggy adults. So after breakfast I walked over to the lobby to get a couple more regular types so we could fill our travel mugs. Room was clean but the AC was off when we got here. So it was very HOT in the room. This was August and 89 degrees outside at 9:30. Also the shower drain was obviously plugged as you ended up standing in water very quickly while showering. Coffee pot did not work either.
