1-Star for the proximity to highways, restaurants, and shopping + 1-Star for the free parking. ZERO STARS for: cleanliness, appearance, and customer service. AVOID this hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel is MUCH MORE run down than the online photos showed. The elevator was dirty, the pool was emptied with moldy water sitting in it, and throughout the hotel odd and end things were not clean or functioning properly. Clean and decent price but the hot water was barely even room temperature
Amazing location. I personally will never pick this hotel again. Staff is great but even if I was desperate, I’d pick another hotel.
Staff was courteous and professional. Everyday greeted with a smile and how’s your day…Rooms clean with no issues. Pool being closed was a disappointment. Breakfast was the same every morning but it was hot and ready.
