Located right off of the highway so getting there, generally, is easy. The parking lot is a little confusing. About 40 minutes from Lava Lake trail. The staff is pretty accommodating. The rooms are clean and convenient to go to/from to get to your car or anywhere within the hotel. Everything was in working order and looked nice. the hotel was great. although under construction in some areas, it proved to be no problem...the front desk was staffed with many terrific young ladies who have accomplished the highest levels of customer service skills...they were obviously trained by the best, ultimate, extreme and perfect customer service goddess, EMMA, who serves as the front desk manager. i would be remiss if i might forsake mention of the new hotel mgr, LARELL BALDWIN, who has stepped in/up to show everybody exactly why she is the prototype/paragon/con... read more
Here you are a major restaurant in the city of Bozeman Montana. We arrive at 2 PM on a Saturday to be informed that all you are doing is serving burgers. Whoever manages your restaurant is just plain lame. Good luck staying in business.
