Nice hotel but we battled a broken heater all night. Put out cold air (temps outside in the low 20’s. We were unable to turn it off. Not much sleep. room 240 or 242, I believe.
This hotel is relatively expensive, which would be okay if they provided services advertised. Here's the problem: yes, they have a pool and a hot tub, but both are tiny and this is a huge hotel. In the three days we were here, they were constantly packed and we never got to use them. Oddly, the pool doesn't open until 9 am. Perhaps if they opened it at 6 or 7 am, people staying here for work or other activities could get a swim or soak in early.
