The Staff was very friendly and kind. Very clean and pretty hotel. The Continental breakfast was really good! A lot of options and staff was attentive to keeping the breakfast full. Coffee downstairs in lobby area was really good. We would certainly stay there again!
I love staying with Best Western Plus in Missoula. It's amenities are as expected, and the breakfast was the best I've had anywhere.
Very comfortable, very clean, and great service.
Rude staff, the front office was extremely rude.
You can tell the staff really care and work hard to make this a great place to stay. We had our dog with us and we appreciated how welcoming they were and how many nice spots were maintained around the hotel for him to do his business and have a little stroll.
