Called morning of 7/9/2026 to see if early arrival was available, advised it was. Booked room thru timeshare. Upon arrival 12.00 midday , was advised had plumming issues . Was refused check in although prepaid or a refund. Forced to wait for 3 hours in over 90% heat. Allowed to check in at 3 pm ****still had plumbing issues****. Called customer service filed complaint, today 7/23/2026 no response. About 4-5 other locations in area, this location had deputy sheriff night & day....HMMMMM

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had bedbugs, I woke up with bites and was very concerned about bringing the infestation home with me. To make matters worse, the hotel kept my security deposit despite the issues I experienced during my stay. I raised my concerns, but they were not handled professionally or fairly.I was in a rush to leave and the receptionist just gave me a receipt and not my deposit.I called them and they said you should have picked it up before you left the poperty.
