My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had bedbugs, I woke up with bites and was very concerned about bringing the infestation home with me. To make matters worse, the hotel kept my security deposit despite the issues I experienced during my stay. We like Best Western because of its good rates a nice rooms but this location was not what we are accustomed to, for it to be an Best Western. I posted pictures of what we noticed in rm 218, cracked mirror and broken wall where the shower rod was. The attendees accommodate and changed our room but we saw the cable cord pulled from the wall. Please get this fixed. But it still gets 4 stars overall

I didn't mind having to change rooms because the TV didn't work. I didn't mind waiting to be checked in. Service and staff were great. However, I REALLY didn't like the payment discrepancies. I booked through Expedia and the room was paid for up front. As I checked in I was told there was an upfront ADDITIONAL ($100 charge) to be put on hold until I checked out. Security deposit of sort for any damages. I guess. But the next day when I checked out I got a receipt for $63.84 returned to my card. Whatever, whoever, website or ... read more
