When searching for the perfect venue for my milestone celebration, I found the Best Western Plus in Goldsboro, NC, and I am so grateful that I did! From the very beginning, the owner, “PK,” and Facility Manager Patria Braswell assured me that they would take care of everything—and they absolutely did! This was our second time staying here. First time was great. Second time, not so much. We woke up with bedbugs crawling all over the bed!! Manager offered a “sorry” (yup, that’s all) and moved us to another room. If you stay here, avoid room 402!!!! You’ll go home with more than memories!
