Stayed here to see a specialist at UCLA medical, so the hotel is a short walk to our destination, making the location ideal. Morning breakfast had just enough to satisfy you, but nothing fancy. The room itself was lack luster. We had a corner room which had the toilet and bath tub shower in a closet sized room seperate from the sink which was out in the main part of the hotel room. While we had a fine stay at this establishment, they sat on my credit card number for over 8 months and then decided to charge me for my stay. I would have appreciated a heads up phone call informing me they made an error and would be processing the charge for our stay. When we called them to inquire, they were rude and did not seem to care. We are frequent travelers to LA and won’t be staying here again.

If you’re just looking for a place to stay in Santa Monica without any unnecessary hassle or stress, this hotel is pretty good. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the location is what shines brightest. Nothing fancy but well worth the price. Parking isn’t free but it is available, convenient, and easy.
