This is our second stay here and we love this hotel! The rooms are very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, eggs, sausage, Bisquits, yogurt, waffle making machine, cereal, grits, etc. We have friends in AL and this is our place to stay!!
My first review was based on being up charged a day after we left, but now I know what the problem was and they personally Emailed me! Great customer service! The rooms were also very clean! Will stay here again!
I bring my own disinfectant wipes to wipe down everything in the room from the remote control TV stands the nightstands and the toilet inside and up but this I was not happy with under the toilet room you're so dirty I have to go show front desk and had to ask room attendant to please clean and still had to wait 10 more minutes
We was up charged the day after leaving for absolutely no reason! It was just my husband and I and we didn’t even use anything! We even left towels folded!
I dont know why but thIs is the ONLY hotel that I stay at that , and I stay in hotels around 150 nights per year, that wants to make a photocopy of my driver's license and when I tell the clerk that they can look at my license to verify identity but they cannot copy my license, two times now, the clerk has gotten rude and obstinate.. I like this hotel and I don't know what has transpired but the first floor ice machine has not been working for over two months and when I have asked about the problem, I continue to be told "th... read more
