1 star because of the rats. I didn't want to go swimming because they're everywhere. Then I witnessed 1 jump in the pool and everyone started screaming lol. The staff was nice though.
A great placed to stay but the room is small and bathroom is very small compared to other best western hotels we stay at. We love best western hotels. And found dirty boxes in our room the two older female staff was excellent they was there when I checked out at approximately 1245 hour the rest of the staff was great. But the two older females I was give them a Five star.
Super bien placé tout les sites touristiques sont facilement accessible / parking fermé / accueil top / environnement typique / chambre propre et bien équipée / petit déjeuner complet / je vous le recommande vraiment
Absolutely charming hotel, I've stayed twice both times an awesome experience ...so obviously sad to have to cancel an upcoming trip reservation . What an embarrassing and absolutely classless customer service line BW provided to do so.....so I went in person to a local BW to straighten it out....called customer service from the California BW hotel...still didn't complete the cancellation...thankfully I called the French Quarter again and wasn't transfered , as the property manager had to complete the cancelation with the 4t... read more
(3.5/5) We stayed for about a week and overall - was a beautiful area. The location of this hotel was perfect, about a 10-15 minute walk to anywhere in the French Quarter and Bourbon St. area. Upsides of the hotel: (1) Gorgeous courtyard and ample space to relax outside in a quiet area. (2) The pool was an amazing perk - it is cleaned nightly and honestly, we were in there everyday.
