I can hardly believe the service here. It’s honestly disappointing, especially for a Best Western Plus — the experience doesn’t match the brand’s usual standard at all. I’ve seen other guests complain about the WiFi, and while it is extremely slow, that’s not even my main concern. The room service is by far the worst I’ve experienced. It really makes me question the housekeeping standards. The tissue box was empty, and both the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely used up and not replaced. DO NOT STAY HERE. Carlos was so rude at check in. Called for a ground floor as traveling with two small kids and no elevators. Called ahead when making reservations and spoke to the front desk and Carlos stated that we requested a ground floor but it’s not guaranteed which was not stated when making the reservation. He was unable to refund us our money and was unwilling with even help with bags to the second floor. He also Could not call around for availability or accommodate in any way.
