Pros: hot tub and pool area clean and operating. Room was clean and comfy. Cons: breakfast, everything had run out by 9 and was to be served until 10, and only few things being refilled with a breakfast room full of people. No coffee, machines were shut off, and no one really checking in on the stuff besides the hot food, which wasn’t great.. and that’s my own personal opinion.. seems like other people have had better luck but maybe they were there right when breakfast started because it wasn’t the case for my family. The entire hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were many options at breakfast. Being able to get a decaf cappuccino at 7 pm and not pay $10 for it was the icing on the cake. This will be our go-to hotel when we visit the area. I highly recommend it.
Looking for a good place to grab some food and drink in the area. Chancelyn in the bar made my night! Very charismatic, knows how to treat people well while giving them phenomenal service. The reason I will be coming back!
The young man at guest services was fantastic. The breakfast staff and food was great. The pool area was just what we needed. Bed so clean and comfy
