I’ve been staying here this summer for work and this place has exceeded expectations all around. Their staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to any needs. KP at the front desk has been particularly kind and helpful throughout my time being here. He’s gone above and beyond when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. I never write reviews for places but have felt obligated to after experiencing the high quality hospitality here at the Best Western Plus in Eau Claire.
Stayed one night with two dogs. Last minute they were able to accommodate first floor.
It was ok but I probably wouldn't book here again for the money. This chain used to be worth the money...
