I was staying here several weeks for work at a loyalty rate of $106 a night. On the day I was scheduled to check out I had to extend by 1 day for work. Without even informing me, they charged me $291 for that extra night. They claimed the price went up because of a football game 15 miles away. Instead of adjusting the rate to something reasonable and retaining a customer they chose to clip me the extra $100 and lose business. Love the customer service and the hotel is always clean and smelling good. I especially love the way your receptionist remembers all guess that patronize with you all on a regular basis by their name.
Very relaxed environment, staff were super friendly....overall a great stay
