I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I stayed one night and tried to extend my stay for another night. The front desk staff told me to book again through the app, which I did, but then they said the booking didn’t work and told me to leave. The staff were unhelpful and seemed dismissive, especially toward me as a Korean guest. I will not stay here again and cannot recommend this place to others. This lady discriminates Asian customers do not go here.

Absolutely terrible experience. The front counter employee was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful — she even claimed she was the manager, but based on her behavior, she clearly should NOT be in any customer-facing leadership role. She needs to be re-trained immediately. I also experienced discriminatory treatment. As an Asian guest, I was spoken to rudely and treated like I wasn’t welcome. They were clean, staff was friendly, and my room was clean each day that I was there. I didn't have to bother or ask them for any extras because everything that was provided was enough! Room key was not accessible to workout room but no matter the hour, front desk had no issue letting me in. Although I didn't eat, the continental breakfast seemed to be plentiful.

Be careful. These are very unfriendly staff and team. I will be filing a law suit. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’m going to say this off tops when I write a review I speak facts and when it’s a good hotel I’m going to say that! But !! If you’re just on a budget and need somewhere to crash for a night then do what you must do !
