Over all a good place to stay,breakfast was good,the receptionist named Jin was very helpful. We will stay here again when we come to houston for hospital visit
If I could give zero stars I would.. From my understanding, it’s always up to the GM’s discretion to accommodate a customer and/or provide them with the best customer service possible to ensure their satisfaction with any company they represent. However, in my experience Erica (GM) was not understanding of my unfortunate misunderstanding and refused to help me resolve my issue to leave me as a satisfied customer. In Houston for an Astro game. Our first time staying there and it was great. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the hotel. From the lobby, hallways, breakfast area, elevators, exterior, and rooms, they were all super clean! The staff was extremely friendly.
