The front desk employees on the day shift were fantastic.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. Check in was seamless. The elevator was a little slow and carts were limited to haul luggage, only one at back door and one at front. Rooms were large, bed was super comfortable, and window view was the back parking lot. It was quiet. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, potatoes and included taquitos, biscuits with sausage, egg, and cheese, and all the carbs to blend with the protein. Location is downtown which adds a bit to the price. Not worth the price...... Upon arrival into my room I noticed that the tissue was not folded in a way that made me aware that the housekeeping took great care when preparing the room, the lamp on the far side of the king size bed on the wall ,it's shade was crooked and I had a missing do not disturb signed to the point to where I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk for one. They were shocked that I did not have one which caused me to wonder if the room had even been clean. I wipe down anything that I might touch when... read more
This was an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, secured parking, breakfast was good and th rooms were clean and very spacious. One elevator though,😊 but we never had to wait or busy. I would definitely stay again for the location and walking downtown.
