I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Perfect for the price. Even using the public transport with Houston's metro app never leaves you with a >5 minute wait but still there weren't a lot of interesting things nearby. The coffee machine in my room was funny.
Rating: 1/5 Stars Disappointing and frustrating stay during my trip from July 9 to July 12, 2026, especially compared to my great experience here last year. I spent over $600 and booked months in advance, specifically requesting a ground-floor room because I was working a local convention and had a large amount of equipment and materials to move. Hotel was very clean. The room was nice. Check-in desk associates were very friendly and helpful.
Stayed here 3 nights for work and was so pleased with my stay. Clean, updated, spacious rooms. Friendly service throughout and you can tell the hotel is well maintained. They have coffee and water available 24/7 in the lobby which was great. Comfortable bed. Great location. Not much else you can ask for. 5/5 would stay again.
For value , for money downtown houston , you can't get much better
