Used to recommend this hotel to everyone with the biggest perk being they offered free parking - literally was telling my bartender about it today when they asked where I'm staying. Unfortunately I checked in to find out parking is now $20 a day and they don't tell you it's a cost upfront, they just add it on after asking if you drove here. Not much reason now to stay here over other close to downtown properties like Marriott.
Excessive use of single use plastic. Breakfast served on disposable plastic plates with plastic cups. Very wasteful and feels cheap
Room was very clean. Check-in was smooth. They had many extra parking spots, so I don't understand charging for it. Breakfast was not great. They ran out of some food early and wouldn't refill. The eggs and hashbrowns were actually cold one of the days.
