I really liked the room! It was spacious, and the balcony was an added touch. The furniture was really pretty, and the staff was welcoming. The hot tub is bigger than what I've seen in other hotels, and the pool was really nice. Breakfast was fine, too, and complimentary!
They have bed bugs and the general manager didn’t even wanna give us another room or refund us ! I have video proof of the beg bugs The general manager had such a bad attitude it’s crazy ! I have my bites confirmed by a doctor that it was bed bugs and again I have the video and pictures of the bed bugs
I have stayed more than 60 nights in a hotel this past year. What a terrible experience. The photo's on their website do NOT match the rooms. It was awful. The "courtyard view" is the parking lot. We were on the parking lot level and people had no consideration when walking past rooms, making it extremely noisy at night. The front desk was repeatedly rude and not helpful. The price is a bargain. The location is great.
I have stayed here several times in the past nice hotel but this time kinda upset me. For the 1st time they took the price of my stay as a hold on room then charged me price of my stay on top of the hold charge. So I paid double up front and had to wait 2 to 5 days for my refund. Never had this before. This will b my last time I'm staying the hotel isn't that much better than others in the area.
When arriving to my reservation, which was booked 4 months in advance, the wrong room was given. Staff stated that it came across from a 3 party expedia but I booked through booking.com. “General manager” was extremely rude and offered no solutions. I asked for someone higher and he stated no one was above him and he was the GM. Had he had a better attitude and explained it was a mistake, I would have been okay with the situation.
