The afternoon hostage was extremely rude and condescending. After dealing with flight delays and cancellations all day it would be nice to welcomed by some form of southern hospitality. The morning shutttle driver was also rude. Dropped everyone off at their respective gates but drop myself and my husband off at the wrong gate. The room were nice and fairly cleaned. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have an overnight stay and need transportation.
I would had given this place a 5 if it wasn't for the uncomfortable experience we had during breakfast. The lady who runs the breakfast was very passive aggressive towards a family who was trying to eat breakfast. The family arrived 3 minutes before the end of breakfast, and this lady wouldn't let them get anything. She literally started to put stuff away while this family was trying to get food. I get it that she has a time limit to get cleaned up, but there was plenty of food for these guys to eat. It would have taken them... read more
People giving this place good ratings must have extremely low expectations. Room was dingy and extremely outdated. Walked in the room to find the toilet already plugged with a lot of disgusting debris. Seat and rest of toilet was clean, so cleaning person had to have seen this but decided they weren't dealing with it. Tried to call front desk, phone didn't work. Called from my cell. Was told we couldn't be moved because "there is only one room left and you DO NOT want it". Yikes, whatever that meant. Apparently no other staf... read more
