Absolutely love this Hotel!! Great Hot breakfast daily. Pool, Hot tub, soft bed, Great staff. Affordable
When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, the person running the front desk made a weird comment to my partner and I, making the interaction uncomfortable. Upon showing up to the room, we noticed a significant amount of stains on the couch, stains on the wall, and food residue everywhere. We approached the individual at the front desk about getting a new room, which was provided, however when we arrived at the new room it was in similar condition. Manager is a jerk! Policy is policy. I completely understand that, however it doesn’t give you the right to be a jerk and yell and scream at the price line representatives. Also, there was a winter storm. Customers would think you would be a little bit more sympathetic in such cases. We will stay elsewhere next time.
