Hotel is loud. Guests were loud well past midnight. Staff didn't address it. A/C is very loud making it difficult to sleep or watch TV. All road noise can be heard, sirens started at 6:30 am. Breakfast ends at 9 am, God forbid if you want to sleep into due to a long day of travel. Breakfast is terrible.

Chelisa, the Manager, and Ivy, one of the Front Desk Staff members, certainly know how to make your stay at Best Western Plus a welcoming and comfortable one.
