Sketchy. Got to our first room and it smelled moldy and there was water damage to the bathroom ceiling. We soon learned the toilet didn’t flush. We brought this to the attention of the staff and they asked us if we had tried reaching into the tank to fix the handle. After saying no and that fixing their plumbing is not something paying guests should have to do, we were moved to a different room that was an improvement but had a damaged TV remote and an air conditioner that was struggling. We were visiting family Chicago and stayed two nights Friday and Saturday. I enjoyed that the hotel was a quiet stay. The room is the standard decor, but did notice the chair at desk in room was worn and old. The refrigerator was in a hide away cabinet and a very nice size. It was hard me and my bad knees regarding the lower height of the bathroom seat, but everything was clean and set up well. The breakfast was awesome! Exceptionally clean and comfortable with a generous supply of towels, wall thermostat, good sized fridge and a microwave. Well lit bathroom with great mirrors and plenty of shelving. Thanks for keeping your carpets super clean. Nice view with plenty of green space and not at all noisy.
