I've stayed here 3 times but this time I was woken up at 8am literally by a worker on the other side of my 3rd floor hotel room scraping or ripping up the wall. Extremely loud and obnoxious sounds like he was about to come through the walls.
Natasha thank you so much for helping me charge my laptop! And your advice with the local restaurants was very helpful! And to the lady managing the breakfast that taught me the butter toaster trick! I will never forget it! Thank you all.
LARGE ROACHES IN ROOMS. DO NOT STAY HERE! We walked into our room and were greeted by a large, live roach. Tina at the front desk tried to tell us the very obvious roach was a "water bug". She then tried to tell us that roaches are normal for hotels in Texas and on the first floor, which is so ridiculous. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels on the first floor in Texas and all over the US and have never had roaches in our hotel rooms. It's already unacceptable no matter what, but especially when paying over $330 for two nights... read more
