Absolutely disgusting my elderly father had to stop here on the way home from ohio takes his sleeping pill goes to lay down and their is a bed bug on the bed he captures it takes to desk an says he need another room or refund they tell him their is no rooms available and after making him.sot around an talk to manager on duty then gm I assume they say will have to contact the owner but cant give a refund so he is forced to drive. THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE FITTED SHEETS!!!! Not the mattress cover, the fitted sheets. We got here at 9:30 at night after driving all day. When we got into the room and were getting ready for bed we realized the sheets were filthy, bad oily stains on them and all kinds of rumpled. When I went to the front desk the guy working there tried to assist, but kept telling me they have no fitted sheets.
