Rude, Manager laughed couldn't when we complained about the smoking at the pool. It wasn't just 1 person smoking it was about 15 men smoking cigars along with drinking. Don't care about your drink but I do care if you drop your bottle and break it and don't clean it up. Which the smokers are the same people who drank in the lobby who didn't know how to use the trash can either. People who think they are entitled and staff who let's them.
Hotel room was clean but service really sucked

Breakfast was absolutely awful ! Desk person when we checked in was about as friendly as a porcupine, the Asian lady in the morning wasn't any better !
We were traveling through the area and needed a clean, safe to stay. We checked in extremely late and the front desk person Michael was amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable, he even helped suggest where we should park to access our rooms easier. The rooms were super clean and the best was really comfortable. Will stay here again.
