Sad visit, great stay! We recently had to be in Salt Lake for a family tragedy and the staff at the Cottontree Inn treated us like family. The rooms were clean, excellent bedding and beds and everywhere we turned staff was asking us if they could help with anything. I wish there were more than five stars to give this facility. Everyone from the breakfast ladies to the maintenance staff was just superb and the accomodations were top notch. Management should be very proud indeed.
SO.... The service is good. The staff were great and let me just say, The hotel just got new beds and flat screen tvs so all is good.
