When we first arrived, we noticed the bathroom and floor had clumps of dark hair in multiple locations. There was chunks of food in the corner by the lamp. More hair was found in the bed sheets and towels. Overall not a good first impression. After asking for new towels, those had dark strands of hair on them as well. Made us feel icky and awkward in a space where we wanted to relax and take a nice shower.
Rebecca was such a nice lady hotel is very clean very welcoming rooms were upgraded and the location is so nice
