Fantastic little hotel just off the 5 in Corning. Perfect for an overnight stop during a long drive. The staff were incredibly friendly (I got a warm "good morning" walking past the front desk to breakfast), and I loved the ambiance of the pool and hot tub area. The hot tub was the perfect temperature for me. Front desk had an attitude, not pleasant after driving for 8 plus hours
A great place to stay for a night or a month at this reasonably priced, congenial, clean and decent small town Best Western that deserves the Plus and the Best. It’s 25 minutes from the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge, where many species of birds abound during the winter and migration seasons. The hotel is surrounded by mature trees, flowering aloe, bushes, roses and a large grassy field.
