Rooms were filthy. I'll refrain from saying her name, front desk girl has a bit of an attitude. Room smells like smoke, dog pee and mildew. Carpet was sopping wet and they said it's because they defrost the fridges onto the carpet.... I can only imagine how much mold is in them. Food was NOT good either which was the only reason we chose this place over the other. My last few experiences with Best Western have gone down hill so this will officially be our last stay with the Nestw Western chain.

I don’t do reviews ever . But this is so disgusting !!! I just walked in with my grandpa after a long drive . Bed bug right on my pillow .Are you kidding me disgusting . But I will say the front desk lady was very helpful and didn’t question me when I showed her the picture and she sent it to management .
Noticeably inferior to Prairie Inn, the BW Plus I'd stayed in the previous night. One missing light bulb in desk lamp, no accessible electric outlet next to either side of the bed. No real coffee in the breakfast room. A hi-tech instant coffee machine is not the same!
