Staff was great. Room was clean and quiet. Building and pool felt updated.
We stay at this location a couple of times a year. The other locations have not been up to their standards in our opinion.
Rooms were filthy. I'll refrain from saying her name, front desk girl has a bit of an attitude. Room smells like smoke, dog pee and mildew. Carpet was sopping wet and they said it's because they defrost the fridges onto the carpet.... I can only imagine how much mold is in them. Food was NOT good either which was the only reason we chose this place over the other. My last few experiences with Best Western have gone down hill so this will officially be our last stay with the Nestw Western chain.
