When you're traveling and you think all you want is your own bed, what you really want instead are these beds! So comfortable! And the pillows are the best pillows I've ever had in a hotel. Fluffy and comfy. The room was really clean and neat and everything in working order. Tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. After 7-8 months, paying an average of $1200 for stays for work, I am officially done. The last few months have been awful. This last stay? I put the placard on the door to have the room made up, out of the 6 days, 5 nights, the room was made up on the LAST night I was there. I myself would get off of a 12-13 hour shift only to have to drag myself to the front desk for towels. Trash overflowing, no clean towels. A good hotel as are most Best Western properties I've stayed at. Clean & comfortable room with a decent channel selection as well as YouTube on the smart TV. The parking lot can be a bit of a tight squeeze & my vehicle was blocked in on the first night here. I had no reason to go anywhere that night & the offending vehicle blocking mine had been moved by the next morning. Good breakfast with plenty of hot options. Close to US63 & I-70 with plenty of restaurants on Clark Lane. I would gladly stay here again.

I can’t say my time here has been enjoyable to say the least. If I had the opportunity to go somewhere else I would. I’m a truck driver and my truck broke down on Friday. I’ve been here all weekend and my stay is continuing into Tuesday. My company is paying for the hotel stay and unfortunately they are wasting their money on this place. The rooms are fine.
