Cons: -$15 parking charge (even tho it says free parking) -rooms smell musty -door had to be forced to close -no hot water had to switch rooms thru the night -uncomfortable bed imo Pros: -good breakfast -good view -dog friendly
The hotel was nice with it's location being the best feature. Edited my service rating after I was able to contact the hotel and get a path to resolve it. I originally booked the wrong dates through Expedia and they said they couldn't cancel/refund my booking without hotel approval. The hotel said they couldn't cancel/refund because it was done through Expedia. I was able get in contact with Shaundee (I hope I spelled that right) at the hotel.
