This place is a great location to convention center but older facility that is showing its age. Everything was just okay. I liked that the rooms didn't have carpet.

Need to let people know it has stairs. The room seem like no one cleaned in a while, dusty stairs, no xtra toilet paper. Air condition it was set at 55 but the room inside said 75 degree. Other than that I was able to relax.
Really awful rooms. Dead roach was in the room, the room initially reeked of bleach then smelled musty second night. Paint peeling off walls in the bathroom, feels like you need to wear shoes in the shower, and the most uncomfortable horrific mattress. The location is great but really needs something done about the state of the rooms.
Nice hotel with excellent water views. The layout is kind of strange, small lobby with different amenities on different floors. For example, the weight room is on the fourth floor and breakfast is on the third floor. Clearly not built as a Best Western but gets the job done. No pool despite several websites listing that it has one and just lot parking, no deck.
