It's not a five star hotel, but it's in the middle of everything and minutes away from the casino, Firebird Motorsports Park, the outlet mall and the freeway. This hotel has basic accommodations with basic amenities. They do need to upgrade a few things but it's not a bad place to hang your hat.
Three days ... NO INTERNET ... UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Smelly rooms, no Internet, rude staff. Unwilling to accommodate. Loud generator late night. Oh plenty of coffee in room, coffee maker did not work... Worst stay I have ever experienced!!!!
The room was gross dog hair every where hair in the tub on the bed it was obviously not wiped down or vacumed as you could see and feel sticky spots on the table and dresser.breakfast was cold chunks of ham and reconstituted eggs there was a basket of apples that looked questionable. Ended up leaving due to the filth and they refused to refund our money even though we didnt stay.
