Service was good at first unil when i. Checked out left my ipad in the room tried to get my ipad wouldn’t let me go in to get it had to argue just for the chance to look for it room service cleaned the room but no ipad in lost and found next day the say call to see of they found it they say no not even 2 seconds later i tell them it pind in Find my in the hotel and by coincidence that very second they found it

Facilities are disgusting. We stayed for maybe 3 hours and requested a refund before finding a better hotel at a similar price (Hilton). They effectively refused to give a refund, stating i would need to talk to the manager who is impossible to get a hold of. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.
