Great rooms, spa and pool main attractions
We loved our stay at this hotel. Lloyd was our check in gentleman and he is perfect for this position. He went above and beyond to be kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He truly cared about our stay. It was a delightful way to begin our stay! The room was super clean and the towels had cute designs. Where should I start? Let’s begin with the fact that I have two certified service dogs—one for myself and one for my husband. The front desk would only allow me to have one service dog without charge and made me pay for the other, despite being provided documentation. This is a direct violation of the Service Animal Law. Next, when we entered our room, the AC was off and the room had a damp, unpleasant smell. Even after running the AC for hours, it barely worked, and the room remained hot and uncomfortable.
