Enjoyed staying,room was very clean. Staff was friendly.
Almost my whole face is tattooed. I'm used to being judged because of the religious tattoos. The girl in the office put me on the 2nd floor. The fridge didn't work and it smelled like something died in it. The TV had sound but no picture, no fan and it was at least 95 degrees in the room. I went back down to the office and told her and she said she would send maintenance up. I just wanted to relax, not spend my time with the maintenance guy. Great hotel , wonderful staff . No complaints
Fully renovated and updated, this Best Western is very nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and stocked. Their breakfast offered plenty of choices. The check in/out process was efficient.
