We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. So not a dive but that being said very high probability we will not be back unless its an emergency. Every stay its been something or more. From all the dispensers in the shower being empty, book a room for three or four and having two towels in the room to only having one. The front desk staff are helpful but for an overnight stay you should know that. The rooms are nice but and for the most part clean. As a railroader I come to this establishment on a daily every time I come the service is professional Grade, an everybody is very professional. They represent the brand perfectly. The hostess DESTINY&JEILYN ALWAYS HELPED ME AND THE CREWSS. She is an asset and very much appreciated, and the housekeeping is the best especially SHERLYN
