We checked in during a snow storm with a dog and 3 stressed/tired kids!!! The check in clerk was amazing!! She went above and beyond to help us settle into a room that worked for us, gave us extra bedding, and came up to the room with new keys when we needed to move rooms. She was great!!! She even helped with directions to get us to the motel!!! (On duty the evening of 4/4)
The front desk check in last night was awesome- polite - friendly- caring. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was as good as- lots of variety- friendly breakfast server.
Very nice place! Exceptionally clean. Nicely furnished.
Stayed here multiple times to spend time with grandkids and swim in the wonderfully maintained pool and hot tub. The front desk folks are always friendly and professional, the breakfast staff, laundry and housekeeping do a wonderful job but my biggest compliments go to the maintenance team. Always keeping an eye on the pool and hot tub to make sure it’s tip top and very friendly and professional. Great job BW Plus Castle Rock .
