John (JP) who works at the front desk is the most AMAZING person that I have met in all my years in customer service! I had called on the phone the week before with questions and said that he would be working when I was going to be there. John (JP) remembered who I was and greeted me by name as I walked up and went above and beyond to help me. Rooms are updated but clearly an older building. Access needed for parking which is nice. Beds are decent but could use more pillows. Would be nice if the pub opened earlier than 5pm. Overall a nice place.
