I really appreciate their efforts. Everything exceeded my expectations.
The cleanliness of the facility along with the friendly staff makes this hotel a must for me. Will always come again. I can't sing there praises enough!
Stayed here for the MN state fair 4 nights no air conditioning in the room seems it is the case with a lot of the rooms as I asked others. The hot tub is not in working order and is brown form lack of maintenance. The bar is not stocked with much of anything beer is old and tried to order a bloody Mary and they don't have the mix. The ice machine on the 7th floor doesn't work. Must have run out of regular coffee because all they leave is decaf. Not impressed with the facilities.
