our reservations for 10 rooms were all messed up, the hostess at the restaurant was rude, when ordering drinks from our waitress she told us she didn't have time...and today we all get home and some have been double charged...when calling the hotel they said there is nothing they can do, it's our banks fault. Next year our group will go elsewhere, we've been using this hotel for the past 8 years for our annual wrestling trip.

RecommendedFantastic customer service, great breakfast! Underground parking was a huge plus!!! Love the atmosphere and the attached bar and restaurant! Very clean all around .... comfy beds. Even their shampoo is great lol....Looking forward to coming back!

I found the front desk to be friendly and informative. Room has a great bed with a fridge and microwave. Perfect for a quick stay, indoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant has an excellent morning after burger. The free breakfast was wonderful with eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal bar and pastries.
We waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front and greet us. Tim did not tell us the check out time or how to get to our room. He seemed extremely out of it. I’m uwrf alumni and hope to return to River Falls but will not be returning here unless they turn it around.
Really nice reasonably priced... underground parking, great breakfast... Free drink at bar... clean and quiet. Will definitely go again
