Rooms could use updating and better sound proofing but great location and people.
We had a double bed room and thought it was quite large. Although there wasn't much for drawers. I think the location is what makes this hotel great. Right across the street from a gas station and about a half a block away. There's a nice grocery store.
Check out how well they clean their lobby bathroom. Imagine the rest of the place.
Very nice staff, great amenities, super close to everything downtown River Falls, if visiting for a college tour or visiting your child in college I highly recommend this hotel!
